Shawn Puskar is the President and Co-Founder of CommandCORE, bringing decades of hands-on experience in construction, warehouse operations, and project management. Known for his practical leadership style and results-driven approach, Shawn plays a key role in executing CommandCORE’s mission of delivering efficient, scalable facility management solutions.
Prior to founding CommandCORE, Shawn served as President of G&P Construction, a Cleveland-based firm specializing in construction and material handling systems. There, he led large-scale projects focused on improving storage, logistics, and operational flow for a diverse range of industrial clients.
Shawn has overseen major installations, including work for The Adele Company, Inc., where he implemented pallet flow racking systems to maximize space utilization and boost warehouse productivity. His ability to deliver high-quality installations at market speed reflects his deep commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Shawn’s leadership is grounded in efficiency, precision, and a clear understanding of the evolving needs of modern facilities.
Andrew Bass is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of CommandCORE, bringing deep financial expertise and a strategic mindset to the company's leadership team. With a background in investment banking, corporate strategy, and real estate, Andrew plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, financial planning, and long-term growth for the organization.
Prior to launching CommandCORE, Andrew served as Managing Principal at Bass Advisory Group, a strategic consulting firm focused on investment banking and advisory services for the lower middle market. He also held a leadership role in corporate strategy and served on the board of a major e-commerce distribution company operating within a facility nearing half a million square feet. Additionally, Andrew was Head of Investments for Milstein Asset Management, a family office managing over $1 billion in assets.
Andrew has managed and overseen large real estate portfolios, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both operational and capital-intensive environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
Andrew skillsets are grounded in distilling complexity into simplicity through structure, order and clear communication.
Wayne is a Director with the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. (KWGD) and practices in the areas of Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Oil, Gas & Mineral Law, and Municipal Law. As part of his real estate practice, Wayne negotiates all documents related to real estate transactions (deeds, leases, purchase agreements, mortgages, etc.) and is constantly reviewing zoning and land use codes related to various real estate matters. Prior to joining KWGD, Wayne worked as a project manager and in-house counsel with an oil and gas firm overseeing projects in the Appalachian Land Basin.
Wayne attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B.A. in criminology in 2007. He then moved to Northeast Ohio to attend the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2011.
Brian Krusz is a seasoned entrepreneur, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and growth strategist with deep expertise in operations, leadership, and multi-site facility management. As the Founder and Chief Growth & Development Officer at Sgt. Clean Car Wash, an express exterior car wash chain, Brian has helped scale the company into one of the fastest-growing car wash chains in the Midwest, recognized five times on the Inc. 5000 list and honored twice as a Vet50 Award winner—celebrating the fastest-growing veteran-owned businesses in the country.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Kent State University and brings over a decade of experience across the retail, service, and production industries. Brian is certified in sales, customer service, Six Sigma, and leadership development - equipping him with a well-rounded, practical approach to driving business results.
With a background in commercial real estate and a track record of building high-performance teams, Brian brings a unique blend of operational discipline, strategic thinking, and a people-first leadership style.
